The systems for service response norms and terms will be centrally laid-down by CNERGYIS and will be accepted without deviations by the Associate, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of formalising the arrangement. This is crucial for uniformity and fulfilment of service claims made by CNERGYIS, even as it helps consistency in meeting with customer expectations.
