Prashanth Prakash is a partner at Accel Partners. Before joining Accel as a Partner, Prashanth was a Partner at Erasmic Venture Fund. At Accel he will focus on Internet, Healthcare & Retail.
Before Erasmic, Prashanth founded NetKraft and established it as one of the leading Offshore solutions company focusing on the Retail and HealthCare Verticals. NetKraft was subsequently acquired by Texas based Adea Systems.
He started his career at S3 Technologies USA, a division of GSE systems, building Case Tools for real-time simulations (GemCase).
Prashanth holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware, USA, and an Undergraduate degree, in Computer Science, from the Bangalore Institute of Technology, India.
Apart from Cnergyis, Prashanth serves on Boards of a range of early stage companies as well.
Sasha Mirchandani
Sasha Mirchandani is one of the founder members of Mumbai Angels. He is also the Managing Director for Blue Run Ventures in India where he focuses on consumer internet, mobile, media, entertainment and knowledge process outsourcing.
Prior to joining BlueRun Ventures, Mr. Sasha was at Mirc Electronics (Onida) where he was head of corporate affairs and new business. Prior to that he was CEO and Founder of Imercius Technologies, a BPO focused on the telecom space. Sasha sits on the Board of Akasaka Electronics Limited, Fractal Analytics, Algorhythm Tech, Gulita Securities, and Dhama Innovations.
Sasha completed his Business Administration from University in Virginia and MMDP program at IIM, Ahmedabad. He is also an advisory board member of Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International studies (SAIS) in India, Chairman Maharashtra Committee - Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC), and Charter Member - TiE Mumbai.
Shailesh Haribhakti – Advisor to The Team
Shailesh Haribhakti (“Shailesh Bhai”) does not need an introduction in the Indian Corporate circles. He is one of the core members of BDO Haribhakti Consulting, the Indian arm of BDO International – the 5th largest Accounting network in the world.
He has successfully combined his collective experiences in diverse fields, including Accounting, Auditing, Financial Engineering and Planning and Risk Management, to advise Promoters and Management and to strategise, plan and effectively implement sustainable business models. He is a member of the Standard Advisory Council of the International Accounting Standards Board. He is regarded as a torch bearer of the Indian accountancy profession. His contribution towards governing the leading corporates of India as Independent Director has been widely acclaimed in many independent forums.
As its advisor, Shailesh Bhai offers strategic guidance and leadership to the management team of Cnergyis.
Prasad has about 23 years of varied experience in areas of ERP, Operations, Business Process Reengineering, Information Systems and Human Resources. A Production Engineer & Post Graduate in Management, Prasad has worked in leading organizations like Reliance Group of Industries, Mahindra & Mahindra and Ernst & Young.
Prasad was a part of the SAP Project Directorate at Reliance, which managed more than 30 SAP implementations across various industry verticals like Petrochemical, Energy, Retail, Life Sciences etc. His stint with Automobile giant Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, gave him exposure to different functions like Production Planning, Operations, Information Systems, Human Resources and Business Process Reengineering.
Prasad founded Cnergyis in year 2000. And at Cnergyis he currently focuses on Product Innovation, Investor Relationships and Business Development.
