  • SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : Form 11 – declaration about previous employment
    A detailed scrutiny of information reported in Form 11 by new recruits and management of data base with respect to form 11
    ( On the Day of their Joining ).
  • SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : Form No 13 (transfer of PF/Pension Fund)
    Obtaining of Form 13 (Transfer Form) from new recruits – applicable to cases wherein he/she is a EPF/EPS member before joining the current employer.
    Correspondence/co-ordination to be made with the PF Authorities to facilitate speedy transfer of Funds.
    Follow-up action to ensure transfer of PF accumulations without undue delays.
    (Deposit with the RPFC immediately under intimation to the employee)
  • SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : Form 2 -PF/EPS Nomination & Declaration Forms
    Scrutiny of Declaration & Nomination Forms in Form 2 EPF & EPS (Required to be obtained in duplicate from the new employees)
    (On the Day of their Joining).
    Preparation of forwarding letter for submission of these Forms to the PF Office.
  • SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : EPF/EPS/EDLI challan
    Computation of contribution amount payable to RPFC.
    Preparation of challans in quadruplicate for depositing the PF amount in EPF account maintained with the State Bank of India.
    Handing over the challans to Accounts department within 3 days (or earlier) from the date of receipt of salary/wages statement for preparation of cheque payable to SBI A/C EPF.
    (Before 12th of every Month).
  • SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : Monthly Returns
    Filing of Form 5 and 10 before the 15th of the Month.
    Preparation and submission of monthly Returns under EPF Act, 1952 in Form No. 12A before 25th of the succeeding month to the RPFC.
  • SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : Annual Returns
    Preparation and submission of Annual Returns in Form No 3A and 6A along with reconciliation statement on or before 30th April.
  • SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : PF Slips
    Arranging the collection of Provident Fund Slips from the concerned PF office.
  • SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : Withdrawal of PF accumulation
    To redress the grievances of the member-employees in connection with the settlement of claims arising out of Resignations, Retirement, Permanent Settlement Abroad and Withdrawal of Provident Fund Accumulations under PF Rules (viz. Housing Loan, Marriage Loan etc.)
  • SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : PF Withdrawal in case of death
    Assistance to the nominees of the deceased PF member for the settlement of death claims.
  • SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : Correspondence
    Responsible for all correspondence work between the Company and the Regional PF Commissioner.
    Preparation and submission of draft letters/replies to the management for approval and ensuring timely filing of all such letters/replies with the PF authorities.
  • SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : Inspection under the Act
    Attending to the periodical inspections conducted by the PF authorities.
    Co-coordinating with the inspecting authorities for various matters relating to the inspection.
    Filing of responses for the observation recorded in the Inspection book.
    Attending personal hearings along with the company officials for matters pertaining to compliance under rule 7A or any the other matters related to compliance under the Provident fund rules.
  • SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : Visit to concerned PF office
    Deputing the field staff for the purpose of submission of various Forms and Returns (monthly and Annual) to the PF office.
  • SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : Recommendations to the Management
    Appraising the management of the amendments effected in the EPF Act & Scheme from time to time and making recommendations for compliance and implementation of the new rules/amendments to the Act & Scheme.
    Maintenance of records and MIS Reporting with respect to:

    • Receipt of Settlement cases
    • Receipt of Loan application
    • Receipt of Transfer In cases
    • Master List will be prepared in case of Transfer In and Transfer out.
    • Preparation of a report as to the number of forms received with all complete information, number of forms submitted to the RPFC ,number of forms pending filing with the RPFC and the reasons for non-filing.
ESIC (All India Locations)

Activities:
SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : Verification of registration – at the time of taking charge of the assignment

  • Verifying the current Registrations (to obtain assurance as to completeness – All locations are registered under the Act).
  • Submissions of Application for new code No’s to ESI Regional Offices for registering the locations not registered at the time of carrying out the initial verification.

SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : Monthly

  • Filing of Declaration Forms for the purpose of registration of Employees under ESIC Act.
  • Updating the information of employees on the internet site of ESIC and obtaining the TIC on the same day.
  • Computation of contribution amount payable to ESI Corporation.
  • Preparation of challans in quadruplicate for depositing the ESI amount maintained with the State Bank of India.
  • Handing over the challans duly filled up to Accounts department for preparation of cheque and payment via internet mode.
  • Informing and guiding the insured persons regarding the facilities and availability of the medical as well as cash benefits under the Act through location HR heads.
  • Submission of periodical returns reporting the contributions made by/ on behalf of Insured Persons in Form 6 every six months subsequent to updating the Register of Contribution in the prescribed Form 7.

SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : Correspondence
Undertaking all correspondence work between the Company and the ESI Corporation.

Preparation and submission of draft letters/replies to the management for approval and ensuring timely filing of all such letters/replies with the Corporation.

SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : Inspection under the Act
Attending to the periodical inspections conducted by the ESIC authorities.

Co-coordinating with the inspecting authorities for various matters relating to the inspection.

Filing of responses for the observation recorded in the Inspection book.

Attending personal hearings along with the company officials for matters pertaining to compliance under the rules framed by ESIC.

SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : Visit to ESI Office
Deputing field staff for the purpose of submission of various Forms and returns to be submitted at monthly and half yearly intervals pertaining to the Head Office of the Company as well as its branches to the ESI Branch Office.

SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : Suggestions to the Management
Apprising the management in respect of the amendments effected in the ESI Act & Scheme from time to time and making recommendations to the Management for compliance and implementation of the Act & Scheme.

    Preparation of challan under professional tax act.

  • SCRUTINY & MANAGEMENT : Registration With MLWF (All Region)
    Applying for registration under the MLWF after ensuring proper assessment.
