| Prasad Rajappan has over 20 years of varied experience in areas of ERP, Operations, Business Process Reengineering, Information Systems and Human Resources. An MBA (HR) from Mumbai University with a Production Engineering background, Prasad pursued his doctoral research in Change Management and Business Process Reengineering.
Before conceptualizing and forming CNERGYIS, Prasad has worked in leading organizations like Reliance Group of Industries, Mahindra & Mahindra and Ernst & Young.
His 8 years in Reliance gave him the opportunity of managing mega projects within tight time schedules and optimum use of resources. Prasad was a part of the SAP Project Directorate, which managed more than 30 SAP implementations across various industry verticals like Petrochemical, Energy, Retail, Life Sciences.
His relatively shorter stint of about a year with Ernst & Young in their Human Resources Consulting Division gave him an opportunity to formulate business development strategies and service multi-national organizations.
His 10-year long stint with Automobile giant Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, gave him a rich exposure to different functions like Production Planning, Operations, Information Systems, Human Resources and Business Process Reengineering.
- He was one of the key members selected by the top management for its organisation wide Business Process Reengineering exercise. This involved training by Lucas Systems in UK and various benchmarking studies for Supplies Chain Management across India and abroad
- He participated and won the Young Managers competition at the West Zone level and stood third at the All-India level, conducted by the All India Management Association
- He was one of the youngest Supplies Module Manager selected to lead a cross-functional team from Purchasing, Planning, Stores, Accounts Payable, Excise and Quality.
CNERGYIS is originally the brainchild of Prasad and it is under his leadership that the entire concept and business has grown.

| Ravi Bajaj
Ravi Bajaj has over 14 years of professional exposure in the areas of Information Technology, Business Development, Corporate Training and General Management. A Bachelor in Physics from the University of Bombay, Ravi has completed a Diploma in Computer Studies from the Bureau of Information Technology (BITS) and also a Diploma in PC Architecture & Maintenance from DATAMATICS.
As founder of CREST COMPUTER EDUCATION, he was involved in the entire setting up of the Institute. The Institute founded in April 1995 had churned out approximately 400 students till May 2000 ranging from the basic office automation to advanced programming courses. He was involved in the entire management of the Institute, which also catered to Corporate training including clients like POLYCHEM, HOLIDAY INN, MERCK, PHILLIPS, and GEMINI CONSTRUCTIONS.
He has worked as a software consultant for ENRON Oil & Gas India Limited and the Dabhol Power Company, where he was also a member of the team for implementation of MAXIMO the MRP package from PSDI International.
Ravi has also been a freelance Trainer and has trained at various computer-training institutes including CDAC.
His current role in Cnergyis involves leading the Technology team.
