Training and Documentation – We have initiated programs like SAS70 certification, 6-Sigma and Process Orientation, for which we have the participation of some of the finest professionals from the industry. To ensure consistent quality service across all our locations, we would be imparting orientation cum training programs to all partners.

Initial Handholding – You can count on us for setting up the necessary processes and structure for getting the business started. We shall also render technical support for installing and maintaining our software.

1. Ongoing Support – We will have two levels of ongoing support, one locally from our regional / branch office for day-to-day interactions. Secondly you will also have the support from our Corporate Office (Mumbai) for any matters not supported by the local office. You will also get timely updates on newer products, partners, customers acquired and any other policy decisions and a newsletter is also being planned.
